The advantage of an inverted terrace is the fact that the life cycle is longer compared to a classic terrace. Another advantage is the installation of further layers above the waterproofing membranes does not depend on the weather conditions. The gravel layer from an inverted terrace may be replaced with concrete slabs or with a sand layer.
